Senior Fitness Series: IntroductionOur goal is to help seniors and the aging population feel their best and improve their health. We understand and have studied the differences between training clients at different stages of their life and we want to share what we have learned through research and, just as importantly, through in person experience.The next few posts are all part of my senior fitness series. The purpose of these is to inform the seniors out there or the aging adults what we can do to help them. They won’t be too heady or full of science but they will help explain what you may be feeling, that you are not alone and that there is guidance to feel your best right here! I hope these will give you hope and motivate you to start a fitness routine. Our in home personal trainers are ready to start on your wellness journey with you. We meet you at the level you are at and create a fitness program that’s exactly what you’re body needs. We use our education and experience to create a rewarding plan where you will see and feel the improvements in your sessions and in your daily life! We are also mindful to cater each workout to what you need that day, taking into account how you are feeling, how you slept, what extra stressors you are feeling and what you are up for. Of course, we will challenge you, but in a way that is fun and all the while explaining why the challenging exercises are good for you.
